REFUND POLICY

ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Questions regarding returns can be emailed to daisyjanetc@gmail.com or call 231-946-8850 during regular business hours.

Returned items must be new, unworn/unused, with tags attached. All returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of your order.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-store Exchanges & Store Credit:
In-store and online orders can be returned in-store within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit, redeemable in-store and online. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Exchanges & Store Credit:
Online orders can be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange or store credit, redeemable in-store and online. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  We will not charge for shipping out a one-time exchange of non-sale merchandise.  

Online Exchange Instructions:

(1) Please email us and tell us why you would like to return some or all of your order at daisyjanetc@gmail.com. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  We will ship an exchange of non-sale merchandise (either the same style or something else) with no additional shipping charge one time only.     

(2) Place a copy of your invoice inside of your return package. Please attempt to return as originally packed to protect any fragile items.

(3) Please drop off your items at a local Post Office for the most reliable delivery. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
